Mercedes-AMG Launches GLC 43 Coupe in India

The company has launched the car to coincide with AMG’s 50th anniversary celebration.

Mercedes-AMG’s GLC 43 Coupe is priced at ₹74.8 lakh (ex-showroom, India). Under the hood sits a 367hp 3.0-litre twin-turbo petrol V6 motor that’s shared with its 43-badged stable mates from the AMG range. Power is channelled to all-four-wheels via a nine-speed automatic gearbox. It can hit 100kph in 4.9 seconds and 250kph.

The car comes fitted with a diamond radiator grille with chrome pins, sporty air intakes and a chrome front splitter. At the back, there are quad chrome-plated tailpipes and a sharp spoiler lip. The car will come with 19-inch alloys as standard, while 21-inchers are available as an option.

The car also comes fitted with an independent sports suspension with adjustable dampers as standard, as well as adjustable ride height. On the inside, there’s contrasting black leather upholstery with red stitching, and a multifunction sports steering wheel. A 7.0-inch infotainment with Bluetooth and USB connectivity is standard, as is a race timer.
