Mercedes-Benz SL 400 Grand Edition and SL 500 Grand Edition revealed
After revealing the Mercedes-Benz SLC Final Edition, the German luxury carmaker has revealed the new Mercedes SL 400 Grand Edition and SL 500 Grand Edition. The bookings for the special edition luxury sports car will begin on 22nd February in Germany while the deliveries of the same will commence from March 2019.
Pricing for the Mercedes SL 400 Grand Edition starts at €1,14,811 (Rs. 92.67 lakhs) while the SL 500 Grand Edition will come with a starting price of €135,993 (Rs. 1.09 crores). The Grand Edition will be available with black, Designo Diamond White Bright, grey, and Obsidian Black paint options.
The exteriors will get premium gloss chrome and matte silver embellishments to make it look rich. It will be offered with 10-spoke AMG alloy wheels and will come with sports suspension setup which makes it lower by 10 mm. The interior will be treated with Designo Tundra Brown Pearl Leather. Engine options will remain unchanged, 3.0-litre 6-cylinder for the 400 and 4.6-litre V8 for the 500 Grand Edition.
