Mercedes-Benz Launches 24x7 Road Assistance Programme in India

The services are called Mobilo Plus and Mobilo Lite, and are provided for up to 8 years.

The company as introduced two 24x7 road assistance programmes – Mobilo lite and Mobilo Plus. This service come as standard for three years when you buy a Mercedes and can be increased by five more years for ₹3,999, which has to be paid when you’re buying the car.

The Mobilo Lite service is for 365 days from the last day of last periodic service. You can avail of this in case your car goes through a mechanical failure, electrical failure, accidental breakdown, battery issues (including a flat battery) and fuel problems. This also covers issues like locked keys, lost keys or broken keys and tyre problems.

The Mobilo Plus service includes roadside repairs, towing, a taxi for upto 50km from where your car broke down, a replacement car while yours is being fixed, onward/return travel, hotel accommodation (with a maximum of up to three nights), legal advice and medical coordination.
