The spy shots show a partial part of the next-generation Jeep Wrangler. Earlier, images of the SUV’s cabin had also surfaced online. The 2018 Wrangler will retain its iconic design, but will come with minor tweaks, like the new door handles and a new air vent on the front fenders. The prominent waistline runs from the front door and looks like it extends all the way to the back. The windshield in the front can be folded and the hood is now slightly flatter with a larger front bumper.
The car will be available with three engines - a 3.6-litre V6, a turbocharged 2.0-litre four-cylinder, and a 3.0-litre V6 turbo-diesel. While the six-speed manual transmission stays unchanged, Jeep will most probably introduce a new eight-speed automatic.
The car is slated to be unveiled at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November 2017.
