The iconic British brand Norton Motorcycles is planning to launch six new motorcycles globally in the upcoming three years. Indian OEMs have been purchasing iconic British automotive companies for years, and this trend has also been followed by TVS. Norton Motorcycles was acquired by the two-wheeler giant TVS in 2020. The OEM has been working tirelessly to return the British marque to its glory.
TVS Motors purchased the British brand for 16 million pounds in 2020; the company has since invested around 113 million pounds, and now the two major automotive companies will start to roll out new models in India and other markets. As of now, Norton sells improved and refined versions of the current products, but the scenario is about to change. The company will now be working on new products.

As part of the new strategy, Norton is gearing up to launch six new bikes, and the first of these models is expected to be unveiled in the international markets sometime in 2025. These brand-new motorcycles will also be launched in the Indian market soon after their international launch. The upcoming Norton bikes will not be based on the Nomad or 650cc Atlas unveiled in 2018.
As per the recent reports published by Autocar India, TVS Motor MD Sudarshan Venu revealed that the forthcoming six bikes from Norton will follow TVS Motor’s new philosophy of Design, Detail, and Dynamism. Norton 961 and V4 family models are all priced higher than the motorcycles available on the market, and this is one of the reasons why the company has sold very few bikes. Notably, these models were the company’s legacy products before TVS purchased the brand.
The upcoming Norton products are expected to be priced lower than the current models. After the TVS takeover of Norton, these models are going to be the first all-new Norton products, and they are likely to increase the sales of the 126-year-old British brand in India and other countries.
