Piaggio is expected to launch two new vehicles at Auto Expo 2020.

The Italian bike maker Piaggio, which sells the product in India under the brand name - Vespa and Aprilia, is all set to launch two new products at Auto Expo 2020. The aim is to upgrade the existing product portfolio so as to meet the upcoming BS6 emission norms.

Aprilia is expected to launch premium motorcycles with an engine displacement ranging between 150-250cc. If rumors are to be believed then it might either be the Aprilia RS 150 or the Tuono 150. There are also possibilities of Aprilia GPR 250 as it was recently unveiled in China. Mechanically, the Aprilia GPR 250 is coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with the engine producing 26.13 bhp of power and 22 Nm of Torque.

Apart from this, Piaggio is also planning to launch automatic scooters in the range of 125-160cc. Expected to kickstart the maxi-scooter segment, the scooter is made specifically for the Indian market. Not much has been revealed about the scooter yet.
