Porsche is currently going through a transitional period in which they are gradually developing electric cars. Initially, they introduced the Taycan, their flagship electric car that has garnered a lot of positive feedback. With the launch of the electric Macan, the brand is now moving in the direction of affordability. Porsche has confirmed that the forthcoming electric SUV will be unveiled globally on January 25 and has put out the design sketches for it.
There are some notable modifications to the back. Its current design is coupe-like. A lightbar is used to connect a new set of LED tail lights. The design of the tail lamps is a little bit flat. In addition, the electric SUV will have brand-new alloy wheels.

It is anticipated that the new model will surpass the dimensions of the ICE variant. The Macan EV is scheduled to be the first production vehicle to be constructed on Platform Premium Electric, a new electric vehicle platform that Porsche and Audi developed together. Accordingly, the forthcoming Audi Q6 e-tron will share the same platform.
The highest-performing electric Macan model has a maximum power output of 603 horsepower and a peak torque output of 1,000 Nm. Based on an 800V architecture, the electric vehicle can support up to 270 kW of DC fast charging and up to 11 kW of AC charging. The battery pack's dimensions and driving range are still unknown.
