The BS6 Royal Enfield Classic 350 is priced by about Rs 11,000 more as compared to the outgoing BS4 version and gets fuel injection, alloy wheels and many more.

Royal Enfield announced prices for the Classic 350's BS6-compliant variant. The BS6 Classic 350 with dual-channel ABS, priced at Rs 1.65 lakh (ex-showroom), costs around Rs 11,000 more than the outgoing BS4 edition with dual-channel ABS.

In addition to improvements to the engine in the form of a fuel-injection system that replaces the carburetor on the BS4 model, the revised Classic 350 also gets two new color options: Stealth Black and Chrome Black to comply with the upcoming BS6 emission standards. The Airborne Blue, Signals Stormrider Sand, Gunmetal Grey and Classic Black paint options previously offered will remain available. Stealth Black or Gunmetal Grey painted bikes will come as standard with alloy wheels and tubeless tyres.

The 346cc, one-cylinder air-cooled engine of the BS4 Classic 350 has been tuned to produce 19.8hp and 28Nm torque. Although RE has not yet released the production figures for the BS6 model, it has said that the Electronic Fuel Injection System will help boost performance, drivability and the ability to reliably start in the cold. In order to deliver better performance, the company also says power and torque output are tuned and optimized.

Royal Enfield will also introduce a new aftersales service program for all of its BS6 models, where a three-year warranty and three-year roadside help will be included.
