Renault has introduced the Captur S Edition in UK which comes with cosmetic enhancements
Renault Captur S Edition has been introduced in the UK market by the French carmaker to up its style quotient. The S Edition mainly comes with cosmetic changes to make it look more sporty. The crossover has been priced from £19,625 (Rs. 18 lakhs) for the S version in UK. The special edition Captur is available with both manual and automatic transmission options.
The French carmaker is offering the Capture S with six colour options. Exterior tweaks include gunmetal grey accents on the lower half of the body, front and rear skid plates with gunmetal grey and exlusive 17-inch alloy wheels. The interior also gets special treatment including Alcantara seats with red stitching and leather finished steering wheel, gear lever and handbrake along with aluminium pedals and red accents on the dashboard.
The Renault Captur S will be available in the UK with a diesel engine option mated to a dual clutch transmission and two petrol engine options with both manual and automatic gearbox options. We don't expect Renault to launch the S trim in the Indian market anytime soon. The Captur is facing stiff competition from its rivals in India and currently is offered with big discounts.
