Renault showcased it's latest offering City K-ZE at hall number 10, Auto Expo 2020 on 5th Feb, 2020. Zoe City K-Ze was the part of the Renault 12 model line-up at the expo.
City K-Ze looks similar to the Kwid Facelift as the Kwid itself is based on City K-Ze. City K-Ze is powered by Tianjin Lishen 30kWh ternary lithium battery with a power consumption of 10.8 kWh/100 km. Has a driving range of 271 Km on a single charge as reported in the media.
The electric vehicle can replenish its battery to around 80 percent in under an hour is using a fast charger. If using the normal household charger, the K-Ze will take around 4 hours for full charging. the safety cell complies with the internationally accepted standard of ASIL-D for functional safety.
City K-Ze, the electric vehicle is digital friendly with an all-digital LCD instrument cluster and an embedded central LCD control panel. The Renault K-ZE has a uniquely designed bumper at both ends of the car giving a stylish design feel. LED lighting lends a classy feel to the whole EV and makes it stand out from the crowd.
The Renault designed alloy wheels and four-wheel disc brakes and unique front light setup separates it from the KWID electric variant. A bigger 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with 4G WiFi lends a punch to the design.
Although the two-tone cabin has a similar resemblance with the third-generation model, it still does contain some unmatched changes.
