Royal Enfield showcased the Concept KX at the ongoing EICMA 2018.

Finally, after all the buzz, Royal Enfield has taken the covers off the Concept KX. Royal Enfield showcased the Concept KX at the ongoing EICMA 2018 show at Milan. The concept pays tribute to the original Royal Enfield KX that was launched in the 1930s.

The fuel tank of the concept bike has been finished in bottle green colour, the cantilever seat is wrapped in brownish coloured leather and rest of the bike is treated in black. The concept sits on 19-inch alloy wheel and sports LED headlight and all-digital instrument cluster. The bike gets a girder type front suspension and a monoshock at the rear.

The concept was fitted with a dummy engine with an 838 badge on the side. The bike will be powered by an 838cc V-twin engine, but there is no official statement regarding the same. We expect Royal Enfield to carry forward the design of the concept to production models. When launched in 2020, the bike will take on entry-level Harley-Davidson motorcycles and Triumph Bonneville line-up.
