Skoda Vision RS Concept global debut in October

Skoda will be showcasing their new design direction with the debut of Vision RS Concept in October.

Skoda Auto will unveil its Vision RS Concept at the 2018 Paris Motor Show which is scheduled during the first two weeks of October. With this Vision RS Concept, the manufacturer will showcase its future design language. Many future cars from Skoda will be based on the architecture of this concept.

The interior of the Skoda Vision RS Concept has a sporty appeal. The instrument panel has many carbon fibre elements with lighting effect around the infotainment touchscreen. The centre console is made from carbon fibre and houses a state-of-the-art technology, shift by wire DSG transmission. The seats are floating with Alcantara covers on it and race inspired loop-shaped door handles are made from premium materials.

On the outside, the bold muscular sidelines, roof spoiler, rear diffuser and compact headlights complete the aerodynamic look of the vehicle. The Vision RS will be staged above Fabia and Euro-spec Rapid Spaceback. The manufacturer will also unveil the Vision X SUV concept at the same place along with Vision RS concept. This Vision X Concept SUV will have a CNG hybrid powertrain. This concept SUV will be positioned below Skoda Karoq and is likely to make its way to India in 2019.
