The multinational automotive corporation, Stellantis, announced two key leadership appointments in the country. Stellantis was formed earlier this year after the merger of the FCA and PSA Groupe. The company has appointed Saurabh Vatsa and Nipun J Mahajan as the Brand Heads of Citroen India and Jeep India, respectively.
Talking about the new roles, both Vatsa and Mahajan will be looking after the product planning, sales, marketing, aftersales, and PR functions of their respective brands in India. Besides this, Saurabh and Nipun will be reporting directly to Roland Bouchara, CEO & Managing Director for Stellantis in India.

Both Saurabh and Nipun bring to their position a series of stellar achievements and rich industry experience from which our customers, partners, and the Group as a whole will benefit greatly,” as commented by Roland Bouchara, CEO & Managing Director of Stellantis in India.
Talking about Saurabh Vatsa who has been appointed as the new head of Citroen India, he comes with over 25 years of experience. He joined PSA as Senior Director-Marketing & Corporate Communications back in 2018. As per the company, he has been instrumental in devising and implementing the unique strategy to launch the Citroen brand and C5 Aircross SUV in India.
Nipun J Mahajan, on the other hand, has been appointed as the new head for Jeep. He has been a part of Jeep for 5 years now. Earlier, he was the Vice President, Sales Operations & Network Development of Jeep India. He also comes with over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Furthermore, he was involved with the launch of the Jeep brand in India and the achievement of 50,000 sales milestones for Jeep Compass.
