Suzuki has introduced the CBS version of the Access 125 scooter which is priced at Rs. 56,667/-

Suzuki Access 125 CBS has been launched in India with a price tag of Rs. 56,667/- (ex-showroom). The scooter has been updated ahead of the safety regulations taking place from April 2019 as all the two-wheelers under 125cc category need to have CBS as mandatory. The combi braking system (CBS) applies brakes to both the front and rear simultaneously offering optimum braking.

The non-CBS Access 125 will still be on sale until April 2019 for Rs. 55,977/- which means the CBS version is around Rs. 690/- more expensive. This is the enrtry-level variant of the Suzuki Access 125 with drum brake. The Japanese two-wheeler maker also offers the Access 125 with disc brake as well.

Apart from this, there are no mechanical changes in the 2019 Suzuki Access 125 CBS. It continues to get powered by a 125cc engine that produces a maximum power output of 8.5 BHP at 7000 RPM and 10.2 Nm of peak torque at 5000 RPM which is paired with a CVT transmission. It competes with the likes of Honda Activa 125, Hero Destini, Honda Grazia and TVS NTorq, etc.
