Tata Motors has revealed the facelifted version of its premium hatchback, the Tata Altroz. The official launch date for the car is confirmed to be May 22, 2025.
This car competes in the B-segment hatchback category, known for its sporty design, safety features, and now, updated technology and premium interiors. The car is expected to fall in the price range of Rs. 7.00 - 11.50 lacs (ex-showroom).
It will continue to compete with other popular premium hatchbacks in the Indian market, such as Maruti Suzuki Baleno, Hyundai i20, and Toyota Glanza.
The expected price range for the 2025 Tata Altroz facelift is Rs. 7.00 lacs to Rs. 11.50 lacs (ex-showroom). This is likely to be a slight premium over the current model.
The most noticeable change in this facelift is at the front, which has a new, bolder grille design. Here are other highlight changes in the new version:

The dashboard has been redesigned with a layered, modern aesthetic and a dual-tone theme. It features a new 2-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo.
Another major upgrade is the addition of dual (Infotainment + Instrument) 10.25-inch displays in the top-spec models. Here are the other interior features:
The revised model will be available in 5 broad variants (also called "Personas"). The five expected variants are Smart, Pure, Creative, Accomplished S, and Accomplished Plus S.
The new Altroz facelift will come with a choice of 5 monotone exterior color options. The expected color options are Dune Glow, Ember Glow, Pure Grey, Pristine White, and Royal Blue.
The 2025 facelift will be available in 3 engine options: 1.2-litre Naturally Aspirated Petrol, 1.2-litre Petrol + CNG, and 1.5-litre Diesel.
One major upgrade is the introduction of a 6-speed DCT gearbox option for the 1.2 L Petrol option. The front doors will feature segment-first flush-fitting illuminated door handles.
