Toyota has introduced the Hilux Black Edition 2025 in India, adding a bold and stylish update to its popular pickup truck. This truck is a pretty capable off-road MUV that competes with ISUZU trucks in the Indian market.

Toyota has just launched its robust off-road capable pickup truck called the Toyota Hilux Black Edition 2025 in India. The black theme makes this rugged MUV look more bold.

This truck starts at ₹37.90 lacs (ex-showroom) and comes with a few updates. Only the Isuzu D-Max V-Cross directly competes with this pickup truck by Toyota.

The Hilux Black Edition looks pretty attractive with an all-black look. It looks powerful on the road and surely catches attention. Toyota has made some aesthetic and functional changes to this new model. Here are some key things that have changed:

• The blacked-out front grille and refined bonnet
• 18-inch black alloy wheels
• Black-themed rearview mirrors, door handles, fender garnish, and fuel cap
• Under Run for the front bumper

Toyota Hilux Black Edition 2025 Powertrain

The Hilux pickup truck is versatile for carrying different cargo and equipment. Moreover, it's built to withstand off-road conditions.

The new MUV is powered by a 2.8-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine paired which runs on a 6-speed automatic transmission. It has a 4x4 drivetrain and is built on Toyota's IMV platform.

This off-road beast can deliver up to 200 bhp of power and 500 Nm of torque in the automatic variant. It has the segment's best 700mm water-wading capacity also.
