Toyota launches Innova Touring Sport

The car features cosmetic tweaks to set it apart from the standard Innova.

Priced from ₹17.79 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi, for the petrol manual variant), the new variant is offered in two colours – a new Wine Red shade and a Superior White.

The car features chunky body cladding along with plenty of chrome embellishments across the front, rear and the sides. The strip between the tail lamps has also been blacked out, and there are black alloy wheels too. The grille features and headlamp inserts feature a new "smoked chrome" finis.

The Touring Sport is available only as a seven-seater with captain seats for second row occupants and all-black leather upholstery. As far as equipment is concerned this car is similarly equipped as the top Innova Crysta ZX. So, you get a touchscreen infotainment system, auto climate control, electric adjust driver seat, LED projector headlamps and cruise control.

There’s also a unique gauge cluster with red lighting, red stitching on the leather-wrapped steering wheel, seats and console box to tell this car apart. It continues with the same set of engines as the standard car, a 2.7-litre petrol (MT and AT), 2.4-litre diesel (MT) and a 2.8-litre diesel (AT).
