Toyota has shown its FT-AC, which stands for ‘Toyota Future Adventure Concept’. The car shows customers the level of tech an SUV can possess to support active lifestyles. The concept sits on a rugged, off-road platform that’s equipped with features like removable cameras and lights. These features can also be attached to a bicycle as well and the car can be connected to a user’s smartphone, tablet or laptop, which you can use to transfer the footage of a journey or even to livestream videos straight onto social media platforms.
Toyota North America vice-president, Jack Hollis stated, “FT-AC is perfect for those outdoor enthusiasts who want to dial-up the adventure on their weekend getaways.”
The SUV also comes fitted with roof racks and a retractable bicycle rack. The FT-AC will most probably be powered by a petrol engine, with a hybrid powertrain also on the cards.
