TVS Apache RTR 165 RP Sold Out in 10 Days

TVS Motor Company has announced that the Apache RTR 165 RP has been sold out within 10 days of its official launch in the Indian market. Being the company's first product under the Race Performance series, it was limited to 200 units only. TVS Apache RTR 165 RP is priced at Rs 1.45 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom, Delhi) while it went on sale from December 23, 2021 in the country. Needless to state, the Apache RTR 165 RP is the most powerful motorcycle in its segment while it gets a plethora of cosmetic and mechanical updates over the standard model.


The performance-oriented bike flaunts a new headlamp with signature Front Position Lamp (FPL). Some of the notable features include a Race-Tuned slipper clutch, adjustable clutch and brake levers, all-new TVS Racing decals, red alloy wheels and a new seat pattern. In addition, it boasts of a brass coated drive chain and sprocket while a first-in-segment 240 mm rear disc also makes way as standard fitment. The bike also gets a customized sticker with a rear radial tyre. The Apache RTR 165 RP is powered by a 164.9 cc single-cylinder petrol engine which generates maximum power output of 19.1 bhp at 10,000 rpm and peak torque performance of 14.2 Nm at 8750 rpm. The engine is mated to a 5-speed gearbox.
