Recently, TVS Motor Company launched its ARIVE app to improve customer experience. ARIVE is an abbreviation for Augmented Reality Interactive Vehicle Experience (A.R.I.V.E). This app helps a prospective buyer in exploring the wide range of TVS motorcycles from the comfort of their homes. The new initiative promises to radically alter the way buyers make a decision in regards to the purchase of a bike. With the country grappling with COVID-19 outbreak, the app is a welcome move as the buyers can make a decision without any physical interaction at any dealership. The innovative app is the first one in the fast-growing Indian two-wheeler market aimed at giving a holistic experience to the consumers. Currently, the app is available on iOS and Android. The first bikes to be listed on the platform are the brand’s flagship models namely Apache RR 310 and Apache RTR 200 4V.

Let’s take a look at the Top 5 features of the TVS ARIVE app.

3 different modes.

A place to explore (AR-based)

The place mode aims to create an augmented experience of the two-wheeler by positioning the 3D model in the augmented reality world. The user can have a 360-degree view of the bike by moving around it or use a swipe gesture to rotate it on the screen. The in-depth view is possible by the just zooming in and out of the model.

The 3D mode

This mode is available for both AR and non-AR devices. The viewer can experience an aerial view of the selected product using the camera function.
