TVS Motor Company, one of India's leading two-wheeler manufacturers, has rolled out the iQube Celebration Edition in the Indian market to celebrate the 78th Independence Day of India. Bookings for the TVS iQube Celebration Edition will start on August 15, 2024. The automaker will retail only 1,000 units of the new electric scooter. The all-new iQube Celebration Edition is being offered in two variants: iQube S and 3.4 kWh.

As of now, the TVS iQube electric scooter comes in a total of 5 variants: iQube 2.2kWh, iQube 3.4kWh, iQube S 3.4kWh, iQube ST 3.4kWh, and iQube ST 5.1kWh. The Celebration Edition features a special dual-tone paint scheme: orange and black, which sets it apart from other iQube e-scooters. The electric scooter’s mirrors, front apron, pillion grab rail, and top part of the side panel are all colored in a special orange color, whereas the rest of the scooter gets a jet-black shade. It also features a unique ‘Celebration Edition’ badge.

The TVS iQube draws power from a 3 kW electric motor that provides a peak power of 4.4 kW (5.9 bhp). Both the TVS iQube S and 3.4 kWh trims have a peak speed of 78 kmph, with a certified range of 100 km on one charge. The electric scooter comes equipped with a 650-watt charger that can charge the battery from 0 to 100 percent in just 4 hours and 30 minutes.

The company has sold over 3,50,000 iQube units in the country so far. In its segments, the TVS iQube rivals the likes of the Ather Rizta, Ola S1 Pro, Vida V1, Ampere Nexus, Bajaj Chetak, and more.
