The new top-of-the-line Highline Plus trim is powered by a 75hp, 1.2-litre petrol or a 110hp, 1.5-litre diesel engine. There are new 16-inch alloy wheels and a tweaked infotainment system that comes standard with a reverse camera. The car will not feature the Vento’s LED headlamps, however. There will be levels of the Highline Plus trim; there’s one that’s fitted with a reversing camera, and one that gets the 16-inch wheels additionally.
Prices for the petrol variant start at Rs 7.35 lakh and go up to Rs 7.45 lakh (with 16-inch alloys). The diesel Highline Plus variant’s prices start at Rs 8.59 lakh and go up to Rs 8.69 lakh (ex-showroom, Mumbai). The car goes up against the likes of Hyundai’s Xcent, Maruti Suzuki’s Dzire, Ford’s Aspire, and Honda’s Amaze.
