BS6 Suzuki V-Strom 650XT ABS Launched at Rs 8.84 Lakh
Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the BS6 compliant V-Strom 650XT ABS at an introductory price of Rs 8.84 lakh (ex-showroom). No major changes have been made in terms of its design. However, it does get some additional features. These include the Suzuki Easy Start System that allows the rider to start the bike with a push of a button. Mechanically, it is powered by a four-stroke, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 645cc 90° V-twin engine. While being mated to a 6-speed gearbox, the engine churns out 70 bhp power and 62 Nm torque. Read More
Toyota Innova Crysta Facelift Launch Price is Rs 16.26 Lakhs in India
Toyota Kirloskar Motors has finally launched the Innova Crysta Facelift in the price range of Rs 16.26 lakhs to Rs 24.33 lakhs (ex-showroom) in the country. The facelifted version of the MPV gets a bold look. The main feature highlight of the cabin is the larger Smart Playcast touchscreen audio system compatible with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Triumph Trident 660 Bookings Open in India
Triumph Motorcycles has officially commenced bookings of Trident 660 in India. The bookings are now open across all Triumph India dealerships. Interested buyers can now book the bike at an initial amount of Rs 50,000. Furthermore, the brand is also offering a special finance scheme wherein the customers can purchase the bike at an EMI of just Rs 9,999. The New Triumph Trident 660 sits on a new tubular steel chassis. Performance-wise, it is powered by a 660cc, inline 3-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. The motor develops 80 bhp power and 64 Nm torque while being mated to a 6-speed gearbox. Read More
Jeep Compass Facelift Officially Revealed; India Launch Next Year
2021 Jeep Compass Facelift made its debut at the 18th Guangzhou Auto Show in China. The SUV gets a mid-cycle update with subtle changes to the interior and exterior. No changes have been made mechanically. In India, we could expect the price to start from Rs 17 lakh (ex-showroom) onwards. Under the bonnet, it will get the same 2.0-litre multi-jet diesel and 1.4-litre multi-air petrol engines. Honda City Hatchback Globally Revealed
Honda recently revealed its premium hatchback, City in Thailand ahead of the official launch for the South-East and ASEAN countries. The hatchback is inspired by the Honda Civic sedan with which it shares its design elements. Under the bonnet, it is powered by a 1.0-litre turbocharged petrol unit that delivers 120 bhp power and 173 Nm torque. Transmission options include a 6-speed manual gearbox and a 6-speed CVT stick. 2021 Kawasaki Ninja ZX10R and ZX10RR Unveiled; India Launch Soon
Kawasaki has unveiled the 2021 Ninja ZX10R and ZX10RR models. Their India launch is expected to take place next year. The new superbikes come with major updates in design, styling, features and engine. Furthermore, it will be sold in two variants - ABS and non-ABS. However, in India, it will retail in just the ABS trim. Mechanically, the superbikes draw power from a BS6 compliant 998cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder engine paired to a 6-speed gearbox. 2020 Mahindra Thar Rated 4 Star in Global NCAP Safety Crash Test
2020 Mahindra Thar has been receiving a good amount of bookings since its launch. Recently, the SUV has been awarded a 4-star crash rating by Global NCAP. The test was conducted in Germany recently with the model being the 2020 Mahindra Thar in a right-hand-drive version. BMW X5 M Competition Launch Price is Rs 1.94 Crore in India
BMW India launched the X5 M Competition at a starting price of Rs 1.94 crore (ex-showroom) in the country. The performance SUV will be brought to the country via the Completely Built-Up Unit (CBU) route. Further, it gets an aggressive outlook. Under the hood, it is powered by the latest-generation V8 TwinPower Turbo petrol engine that delivers 600 bhp power and 750 Nm torque.
