We are back with our weekly dose of Auto shots for you! This week, we had quite a few launches. Right from Land Rover Defender, Kia Seltos Anniversary Edition, Audi Q2, Honda Amaze Special Edition to BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe, Hero Pleasure+ Platinum Edition, BS6 Isuzu D-Max range, and Hero Glamour Blaze Special Edition. Toyota unveiled the 2021 Innova Crysta facelift and Yamaha launched the new Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X technology for its FZ series.
Hero Glamour Blaze Special Edition Launched at Rs 72,200 in India
Hero MotorCorp launched the Special Edition of Glamour Blaze at an introductory price of Rs 72,200 (ex-showroom). This Glamour Blaze Special Edition is offered in a new Matte Vernier Grey color option in the Indian market. Furthermore, the bike comes with a USB charger mounted on the handlebar which is a segment-first feature in the 125cc motorcycle category. BS6 Isuzu D-Max Range Launched in India
Isuzu Motors India has launched the BS6 compliant D-Max Regular Cab and D-Max S-Cab range in the Indian market. The company has also introduced a new variant - D Max Super Strong at Rs 8.38 lakh (ex-showroom). The BS6 Isuzu D-Max range comprises five variants namely Regular Cab High-Ride with flat deck, D-Max Regular Cab-Chassis, S-Cab Standard-Ride, S-Cab High-Ride, and the new D-Max Regular Cab Super Strong. Honda Amaze Special Edition Launched at Rs 7 Lakhs
Honda Cars India has introduced a Special Edition of Amaze to kickstart the festive season celebration in the country. The Special Edition falls in the price bracket of Rs 7 lakhs - Rs 9.10 lakhs (ex-showroom). Furthermore, it is based on the S variant of the Amaze sedan. Under the hood, the Amaze Special Edition will draw its power from a 1.2-litre i-VTEC petrol unit and a 1.5-litre i-DTEC diesel mill. Read More
BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe Launched at Rs 39.30 Lakhs
BMW 2 Series Gran Coupe has been launched at a starting price of Rs 39.30 Lakhs for the 220d SPORT LINE and Rs 41.40 Lakhs for the 220d M SPORT (All-prices, ex-showroom) in the country. Under the bonnet, it is powered by a 2.0-litre TwinPower Turbo inline 4-cylinder diesel engine. The coupe belts out 290bhp and 400Nm while transmission duties are taken care of by an 8-speed Steptronic automatic unit. Read More
Land Rover Defender Launched at Rs 73.98 Lakhs
Jaguar Land Rover India has launched the Defender SUV at Rs 73.98 Lakhs (ex-showroom) in the country. It has been introduced in two body styles namely 90 (3 door) and 110 (5 door). Under the hood, the land Rover Defender draws its power from a 2.0-litre turbocharged four-cylinder petrol engine that churns out a top power of 296 bhp and peak torque of 400 Nm. Kia Seltos Anniversary Edition Launched at Rs 13.75 Lakhs
Kia Motors India has launched the Seltos Anniversary Edition at a starting price of Rs 13.75 Lakhs (ex-showroom) in the country. The SUV is based on the HTX trim. It has been introduced in both petrol and diesel fuel trims. A 1.5L petrol paired with six-speed manual and IVT transmissions, and the 1.5 CRDi VGT diesel paired with a six-speed manual. Read More
Audi Q2 Launched at Rs 34.99 Lakhs
Audi India has launched the Q2 SUV at an introductory price of Rs 34.99 Lakhs (ex-showroom) in the country. This is Audi’s fifth launch in India this year. In terms of dimensions, the Q2 measures 4191mm in length, 1794mm in width, 1508mm in height, while having a wheelbase of 2601mm. Under the bonnet, Audi Q2 comes with a BS6 compliant 2.0L 4-cylinder turbocharged TFSI petrol engine which develops 190bhp and 320Nm. The engine is linked to a 7-speed DCT automatic gearbox which transmits the power to all the four wheels via Audi's Quattro all-wheel-drive system. Read More

Hero MotoCorp has launched the Pleasure+ Platinum Edition at a sticker price of Rs 60,950/ (ex-showroom) in the country. It comes with enhanced aesthetics, accentuated retro design, and premium chrome elements. Mechanically, it is powered by a BS6 compliant 110cc engine with Programmed Fuel Injection and ‘XSens Technology’ (Eight Sensors). Yamaha FZS-FI Dark Knight Launched with Bluetooth Connectivity
Yamaha Motors India has introduced the new “Yamaha Motorcycle Connect X” technology. This is basically a Bluetooth Connectivity application for Yamaha’s FZ series.
