Audi India concluded the eighth edition of Audi National Twin Cup on 13th December 2018. The event was conducted at the ITC Grand Chola, Chennai. Teams from 33 different Audi dealerships participated from across the country. 301 Audi dealer technicians and service advisors from 114 teams competed for the championship titles. The Audi Twin Cup's motive is to test the customer orientation and technical knowledge of the participants. The technicians and service advisors go through diverse tests in the area of diagnostics and repair and personal customer support.
“The Audi Twin Cup is an initiative to recognize our dealer partners delivering exceptional customer service. We have invested extensively in training our staff and the initiatives over the years for strengthening the service levels has worked brilliantly, with our teams displaying outstanding technical know-how and consistent customer focus. This clearly reflected in the excellent performance of the teams representing Audi India at the recently concluded World championship of the Audi Twin Cup 2018.” said Mr. Rahil Ansari, Head, Audi India who also handed over the Audi Twin Cup trophy to the winners of Service Category. Mr. Alexis Joseph, Head, Aftersales Audi India handed over the cup trophy to the winners of the Technology category.
Audi Bhubaneshwar topped in the Technology Category while Audi Kolkata won the Service Category. Audi Bhubaneshwar also won the twin category which was introduced for the first time in India. Audi conducts the Audi Twin Cup every year that sees participation from Audi Dealers worldwide.
