Currently, the Hyundai Tucson on sale falls in the price range of Rs 22.69 lakhs - Rs 27.47 lakhs (ex-showroom). Having said that, we can expect the price of the new-generation Tucson to start from Rs 25 lakhs and go up to Rs 30 lakhs (all prices, ex-showroom). At this price point, the upcoming Hyundai Tucson will rival the likes of Citroen C5 Aircross, Volkswagen Tiguan, MG Hector, Tata Harrier, and Jeep Compass.
2022 Hyundai Tucson: Design
The 2022 Hyundai Tucson is based on the brand’s new ‘Sensual Sportiness’ design language. The SUV flaunts sharp creases and angles that further set it apart from its rivals in the market. Upfront, the SUV features a new wider grille with integrated LED DRLs. In addition, it gets a new front bumper with triangle-shaped fog lights, new 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels, and blacked-out B- and C-pillars. The headlamp unit sits lower in the front bumper. The rear end of the vehicle boasts of LED tail lights, bumper-mounted reflectors, a Hyundai logo integrated into the windshield, and a shark-fin antenna.
