The price rise will go into effect from January 1, 2018.

The company announced that it is raising prices of its entire range of pick-ups and SUVs. Isuzu says the rise is between 3 to 4 percent and will be effective from January 1.

The price of the D-Max pick-up is expected to rise by ₹15,000, while the MU-X SUV, by as much as ₹1,00,000.

Essential metals such as steel, copper and aluminium, have seen a rise in prices, so the entire industry is expected to raise prices of their products to offset this increase.
