2024 Suzuki Avenis 125 Gets New Colors; Priced at INR 92,000

The 2024 Suzuki Avenis 125 comes equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster.

Suzuki Motorcycle India has launched the new Avenis 125 in the Indian market with new color schemes. The two-wheeler giant is offering the Avenis 125 scooter at an ex-showroom price of INR 92,000. Customers can now purchase the scooter in four new eye-catching color options: Champion Yellow No. 2/Glossy Sparkle Black, Glossy Sparkle Black, Glossy Sparkle Black/Pearl Mira Red, and Glossy Sparkle Black/Pearl Glacier White. The scooter has received new bold graphics on the front apron and side panels. Its sportier design elements set it apart from its predecessor. By offering its popular scooter in new colorways, Suzuki is aiming to attract younger and Gen Z riders.

The Standard Avenis 125 Race Edition scooter is priced at INR 92,800 (ex-showroom). It is one of the best Suzuki scooters after Burgman Street and Access 125. Powering the 2024 Avenis 125 is a 124-cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor that churns out power of 8.5 bhp at 6,750 rpm and 10 Nm of peak torque at 5,500 rpm. The engine is mated to a CVT unit. The scooter rolls on 12-inch alloy wheels. Suspension duties are done by a monoshock and telescopic forks. For braking duties, the Avenis has a disc-drum combination.

In terms of features, the Suzuki Avenis 125 comes equipped with a Bluetooth-enabled digital instrument cluster. Riders can connect their smartphone through the Suzuki Ride Connect app and access features like WhatsApp message alerts, turn-by-turn navigation, SMS alerts, phone battery level display, and missed call alerts. Additionally, the scooter gets a tail lamp and an LED headlamp, a silent starter, a side stand interlock, an integrated engine start and kill switch, a 21.8-litre under-seat storage provision, and a USB socket.

In the brand’s lineup, the Avenis 125 is placed below Suzuki Burgman Street. The scooter gives tough competition to the likes of the Honda Dio 125, TVS Ntorq 125, Aprilia Storm 125, and Yamaha RayZR 125.
