The new Digipad 2.0 infotainment system will debut on the Amaze.

The new infotainment system features a 7.0-inch touchscreen unit, and it now comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto support. The mirroring standards allow the system to handle important smartphone functions via the car’s touchscreen. The integration of phone and car features on Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is excellent.

The Digipad 2.0 will also provide MirrorLink for compatible phone models. You get Wi-Fi connect with a synced phone for live navigation info, and you can even browse the internet and check e-mail at halts. You also have the option of customising the flexible icons and changing the wallpaper. With the 2.0 unit, you also may get a video player and image viewer.

The company will then add this infotainment system to other models in its portfolio.
