The Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback are all set to be launched on July 22, 2021, in the country

Audi India has rolled out a slew of digital initiatives for the e-tron range. The electric SUV is slated to launch in the country on July 22. Talking about the digital solutions, it includes saving & range calculator, Audi e-tron hub, charging time calculator, digital retail, e-tron on Audi shop, and state-of-charge relay. You can access all these services via the ‘myAudi Connect’ app.

Talking about the Saving Calculator, customers can easily quantify their savings on cost and environment with the help of this. Customers can also get to know the estimated reduction in carbon emissions and monetary savings on every kilometre driven. The Range and Charging Time calculator takes into account the different driving modes like the economy, auto, & efficiency. This will basically give you an estimate of the distance traveled with the Audi e-tron and e-tron Sportback. Also, the time taken to charge the electric SUV totally depends on the capacity of the charger, socket utilized, and where you charge the SUV - home or public charge station.

Moving on to Audi e-tron Hub, it is a complete repository about the Audi e-tron. This also includes comprehensive and short video guides on Audi e-tron basics like setting recuperation levels, charging equipment, learning how to maximize range or distance on your Audi e-tron, and many more. Furthermore, customers can also carry out an Audi mobility check, just to ensure their parking can support their electric car charger. Audi e-tron owners can directly access the 24*7 roadside assistance just by clicking on the ‘myAudi Connect’ app. They can also get a reference to all the charging stations compatible with the Audi electric SUV near them. In fact, the app itself suggests compatible chargers near the customer’s location. You can even share the location with others via Whatsapp. In case, you want to purchase Audi e-tron’s branded accessories, merchandise, or even an additional charger, you can head to the Audi Shop on the ‘myAudi Connect’ app.

“Customer Centricity is integral to our strategy. In line with this, we are offering several digital solutions for our EV customers to make their ownership experience, hassle-free and enjoyable. Our digital solutions will help customers be informed about the current charge available, the range that can be covered keeping real-time driving conditions in mind, and the distance to the nearest compatible charging station, in case a charge is needed. In addition, the ‘myAudi Connect’ app has a dedicated Audi e-tron Hub that gives complete access to guides on Audi e-tron basics like setting up the charging equipment, setting recuperation levels, and learning how to maximize range on your Audi e-tron. With solutions like these, we aim to eliminate range anxiety and make this EV journey a memorable one,” as commented by Balbir Dhillon, Head of Audi India.

Moving on, Audi owners can visit their nearest Audi India dealerships through Digital Retail. They can even experience the Audi augmented reality(AR) and virtual reality(VR) over there. Lastly, the ‘myAudi Connect’ Audi app comes with a roadmap feature which comes with a relay of the current charge level of your Audi e-tron along with distance-to-empty or the kilometers that can be driven on the basis of the charge available.
