The Audi Q3 received its second facelift in two years, with the updated model now starting from Rs 34.20 lakh for the front-wheel drive car and ₹37.20 lakh for the 2.0-litre TDI quattro model. The new avatar sees changes in styling and comes with an updated line-up of engines.
The car is available with two powertrains – all-wheel drive or front-wheel drive. Compared to the older model's 177hp, the updated car's 2.0-litre diesel now develops 184hp, and continues to be paired to be paired to a seven-speed automatic gearbox.
But the diesel manual front-wheel drive now comes mated to an automatic gearbox. The car now makes 150hp and 340Nm – up 10hp and 20Nm from the old manual model. Audi claims fuel economy figures of 18.51kpl and 15.17kpl for the front-wheel drive and quattro versions respectively.
Other features include a panoramic sunroof as standard along with 17-inch V-spoke alloy wheels, LED headlamps and a dual-zone auto climate control system. Other equipment on offer includes cruise control, electrically adjustable front seats, reverse camera and an MMI navigation system. Ten new or updated Q3 models will be released in India this year according to a statement by Audi.
