Bajaj Chetak 3503 is Here with a Rs. 1.10 Lacs Price Tag

Bajaj Chetak just got more accessible with the new Bajaj Chetak 3503, which is priced around Rs. 20,000 cheaper than the top-spec 3501. This Rs. 1.10 lacs electric scooter is more basic but is powered by the same battery and has a bit higher range.

Bajaj has recently launched the Bajaj Chetak 3503, which is the most affordable model in its electric scooter 35 series. This scooter, priced at Rs. 1.10 lacs (ex-showroom), is expected to cover a wider range of buyers than the brand's top-spec model Chetak 3501.

Bajaj Chetak is already a household name in India, synonymous with scooters. After their petrol-powered scooters were discontinued, the model made a significant comeback in the electric scooter segment in October 2019.

Bajaj Chetak 3503 price & bookings

The ex-showroom price for the Bajaj Chetak 3503 starts at Rs. 1.10 lacs, and the bookings are now open on the official Bajaj Chetak website. The buyers can expect the deliveries to begin in the first week of May 2025

Bajaj Chetak 3503 features & specifications

The freshly launched e-scooter is the base model in the Chetak 35 series. Its full set of features and specifications has not been launched yet, but some key information is out there.

The new Chetak runs on a 3.5 kWh battery for a claimed range of 155 km. Its top speed is limited to 63 kmph and has drum brakes on both front and rear wheels.

It can deliver up to 4 kW of power and 20 Nm of torque. The scooter has a simple Bluetooth-enabled round LCD console.

The scooter also features: a physical key, 35 liters of under-seat storage, two riding modes, steel body, all LED lights, etc. The new Chetak is available in four colours of Indigo Blue, Brooklyn Black, Cyber White, and Matt Grey.

Bajaj Chetak 3503 vs. Bajaj Chetak 3501

The new affordable Chetak lacks a few features seen in the top model 3501. The 3503 has a longer charging time and no sequential turn indicators. Here is an overview of Chetak 3503 vs. 3501:
