All-New Bajaj Chetak Tecpac Premium Model Spotted Ahead of its Official Launch on January 5, 2024

The new model of the Bajaj Chetak which belongs to the premium category has been witnessed by many prior to the launch date, i.e., January 5, 2024.

Bajaj Motor is gearing up for the launch of the new high-end model called ‘Tecpac’ on January 5, 2024. An entry-level ‘Urbane’ variant of its electric scooter was launched last year at the end of 2023.

Since many are waiting for the model to launch in the market, people are thrilled to witness the premium electric scooter on the road ahead of its launch and just love its upgraded look. The price will most probably be within the range of INR 1.25 lakh to INR 1.35 lakh.

Coming to the features of the scooter, the Bajaj Chetak Premium will comprise a new digital dashboard with a full-color TFT display incorporating notification alerts and music play/pause functions, turn-by-turn navigation, sequential turn indicators, onboard charger, a fixed 3.2 kWh battery with a range of up to 126 km, spacious under seat storage and TVS iQube S in crosshairs of the two-wheeler. Both standard and premium variants have a top speed of 73 kmph.

The handlebar of the upcoming model gets new switches to easily access overall functionality of the touchscreen. The geo-fencing feature can also be enabled with the help of the mobile app to access ride data and analytics, though the standard Chetak Premium model would be missing out on some of the app-based features.

As per current research, the design of the new model remains majorly untouched, while the lighting elements get darkened surrounds now. The upcoming model ‘Tecpac’ gets the ‘Chetak’ decal on its wheel rim.

Clarity on the remaining features and other aspects will be unfolded on the date of launch.
