BMW Group India, the Indian subsidiary of German automaker BMW, has launched the all-new BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition in the Indian market. The new variant takes inspiration from the 330Li petrol version and is available at a price of INR 62.60 lakh (ex-showroom). The M Sport Pro Edition is assembled locally at the brand’s manufacturing plant in Chennai. BMW is offering the luxury sedan in 4 metallic color schemes: Skyscraper Grey, Mineral White, Portimao Blue, and Carbon Black.
The new BMW 3 Series Gran Limousine M Sport Pro Edition features several visual enhancements that set it apart from the previous models. The sedan comes with a blacked-out kidney grille, M Lights Shadowline dark-tinted headlamps, a glossy black rear diffuser, and adaptive LED lights. The M Sport Pro Edition is powered by a 2.0-liter, 4-cylinder turbo petrol engine that generates maximum power of 258 bhp and peak torque of 400 Nm. The unit is mated to an eight-speed AT transmission. The sedan can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 6.2 seconds. It comes with three driving modes: Comfort, ECO PRO, and Sport.

Inside the cabin, the M Sport Pro Edition gets upgrades like ambient lighting with contour strips on the backs of the lighted door sill plates and front seats. The new edition is packed with cutting-edge technology, including BMW Live Cockpit Plus with 3D Navigation, BMW Curved Display, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument display. In addition, the luxury sedan houses a 14.9-inch touchscreen infotainment system that features Apple CarPlay connectivity and wireless Android Auto. It also has the brand’s ConnectedDrive features and a 16-speaker Harman Kardon sound system. The sedan comes equipped with exclusive M headliner Anthracite upholstery.
In terms of looks, the M Sport Pro Edition resembles the outgoing 3 Series Gran Limousine, despite having several cosmetic enhancements. The 3 Series Gran Limousine is the longer-wheelbase version of the BMW 3 Series. The newly launched M Sport Pro Edition is packed with a range of safety features, including six airbags, Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), a crash sensor, Attentiveness Assistance, an electric parking brake, Cornering Brake Control (CBC), ISOFIX child mounting, and more.
The 2020 BS 6 Hyundai Creta is advanced, up-market and premium than its predecessor, while launch will happen in March 2020.
