The newly launched bike does not offer any cosmetic updates and is quite similar to the outdated BS4 model.  The new bike is roughly Rs 11,000 more expensive than its predecessor.

It has a wheelbase of 1,460 mm and a ground clearance of 165mm. The bike weighs around 186 Kgs, which is 5 Kg heavier than the BS4 model.

Performance-wise, the New Mojo 300 is powered by a BS6 compliant 300 cc liquid-cooled engine. This powertrain delivers 27 bhp of maximum power output and 30 Nm of peak torque. The engine comes mated to a 6-speed gearbox as seen on the older version. Suspension duty is take care by telescopic forks up front and a monoshock towards the rear. While the braking responsibilities are handled by a 320 mm disc in the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear with a dual-channel ABS.
