The compact SUV, Hyundai Creta is all set to get its second generation in the Indian market. Showcased at the Auto Expo 2020, this compact SUV is all set to be launched on the 17th of March 2020. The all-new Hyundai Creta is powered by a 1.5 litre diesel engine borrowed from the Seltos offering 115 bhp of power output with 250 Nm of peak torque. Featuring Hyundai’s “Sensuous Sportiness” design statement, it comes packed with a plethora of premium features. It will be sharper in design and slightly bigger than the current-gen model. Next Generation Hyundai Creta prices are expected to be in the range of Rs 10 lakhs - Rs 17 lakhs(ex-showroom).
Maruti Suzuki unveiled the Vitara Brezza Facelift at the Auto Expo 2020. All set to hit the road in March 2020, this new model comes with several cosmetic updates along with the inclusion of a new BS6 compliant 1.5-litre petrol engine with a 5-speed manual and an optional 4-speed automatic transmission. Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza Facelift expected price could be in the bracket of Rs 8 lakhs- Rs 10 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Maruti Suzuki unveiled its much-awaited Ignis facelift at Auto Expo 2020. This compact urban SUV is all set to be launched in the Indian market next month. Competing against the likes of Mahindra KUV100 and Tata H2X, the new Ignis facelift will be offered with petrol fuel trims in four grades-Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha. This micro-SUV flaunts a new square-shaped front grille having chrome inserts thus giving it a premium look. Expected price for Maruti Suzuki Ignis Facelift would be from Rs 4.74 lakhs - Rs 7.09 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Hyundai unveiled its flagship SUV, Tuscon facelift at the Auto Expo 2020. It will be launched next month. The Korean automaker has given a refreshed exterior along with an updated interior to Tuscon facelift. The design tweaks on the exterior give it a similar look as its sibling. This five-seater SUV is powered by BS6 compliant 2.0-litre petrol and diesel engines available with a 6-speed manual and an 8-speed automatic gearbox option along with the optional all-wheel-drive system. Hyundai Tuscon Facelift expected price should be around Rs 18 lakhs (ex-showroom).
The Hyundai Verna facelift was showcased at the Auto Expo 2020. This BS 6 compliant version will launch in the Indian market next month. Compared to its predecessor, the Verna facelift is more aggressive and edgy in its design. The mid-size sedan is powered by Kia Seltos’ BS6 compliant 1.5-litre petrol and 4-cylinder diesel engines that come matted to a 6-speed manual gearbox as standard. The petrol engine gets the CVT gearbox while the diesel engine gets the torque converter. Price of Hyundai Verna Facelift could in the range of Rs 8 lakhs - Rs 14 lakhs (ex-showroom).
Force Motors unveiled its off-roader Gurkha at the Auto Expo 2020. This off-roading beast gets an all-new bodyshell while being introduced in two trims-standard and customized. It is all set to launch in March 2020. All though Force Motors showcased the three-door version of Gurkha, if rumours are to be believed then a five-door version will be launched in the market. Force Gurkha expected price in India could be between Rs 9.75 lakhs - Rs 13.30 lakhs (ex-showroom).
All set to launch in the Indian market next month, the Triber EasyR variant was showcased at the Auto Expo 2020. This compact seven-seater MPV is powered by a 1.0-litre petrol engine offering a great balance between performance and fuel economy. Renault has equipped the MPV with rotary dial for gear selection. With a BS6 Complaint engine and an AMT on offer, expected price of Renault Triber AMT would be in the range of Rs 4.99 lakhs - Rs 6.78 lakhs (ex-showroom).
