Besides the Marazzo MPV, all the Mahindra SUVs are available with discounts in July 2020.

We have been constantly updating you regarding the ongoing discounts on cars in India. For the month of July 2020, we told you about the discounts on Maruti and Hyundai cars in our previous edition. In fact, we also shared information regarding the benefits and offers on Renault and Toyota cars in India last week. And, just a couple of days back, we reported about the discounts on Tata cars in July 2020 in India. Now, it's the turn of another home-grown automaker - Mahindra & Mahindra - which deals in SUVs in India. So, let's checkout the discounts on Mahindra SUVs in India in July 2020:

Mahindra KUV100 Discount in India

Being the entry-level SUV in Mahindra's portfolio, the KUV100 comes in a peculiar 6-seater configuration. It is only available with a BS6 compliant petrol engine as the company has discontinued the diesel variants. Mahindra KUV100 is presently available with a total discount of Rs 53,000 which includes cash discount of Rs 33,000 and exchange bonus of Rs 20,000.

Mahindra Bolero Discount in India

Recently, Mahindra updated the Bolero with a BS6 compliant diesel engine and pedestrian safety norms. Needless to say, it is one of the oldest and most popular company models in rural areas. Mahindra Bolero comes equipped with a 1.5L mHawk75 diesel engine while having a seating capacity of 7 people. The company is offering benefits of upto Rs 13,500 on the purchase of Bolero SUV in July 2020.

Mahindra XUV300 Discount in India

Mahindra XUV300 was the company's first vehicle to get BS6 compliant engines in India. Towards the end of 2019, Mahindra had equipped the sub-compact SUV with BS6 1.2L petrol and BS6 1.5L diesel engines. Both the engines are paired with a 6-speed manual transmission as standard. However, the diesel variants can also be availed with a 6-speed AMT gearbox too. Mahindra is offering benefits worth Rs 65,000 and Rs 42,500 on petrol and diesel variants, respectively. These benefits also include an exchange bonus of Rs 25,000.

Mahindra had finally phased out the Scorpio's 2.5L diesel engine when it upgraded the SUV to BS6 emission norms. The 7-seater SUV now comes with the 2.2L mHawk diesel engine which is linked to a manual gearbox as automatic variants and all-wheel-drive system have been discontinued from the SUV range for now. They might be introduced again at a later stage. The company is rolling out discounts worth Rs 30,000 on Mahindra Scorpio while an all-new model is expected to hit the Indian roads by mid 2021.

Mahindra XUV500 Discount in India

As with the Scorpio, Mahindra XUV500 too doesn't get an automatic gearbox or an all-wheel-drive system after the upgrade to BS6 emission norms. The 2.2L mHawk diesel engine comes with a manual transmission as standard. The company is working on a new and upmarket version of the SUV which is expected to be launched in early 2021 in the Indian market. Currently, Mahindra is offering a discount of Rs 39,000 on the SUV. Though, it might vary depending upon the city, variant and color. In fact, the availability of stock also plays a major role.

Mahindra Alturas G4 Discount in India

Last but by no means the least, the Mahindra Alturas G4 is available at a whopping discount of Rs 3.05 Lakhs in July 2020. Yes, you read it right as the company is offering a cash discount of Rs 2.40 Lakhs and an exchange bonus of Rs 50,000. Being the company's flagship vehicle, it is available with an all-wheel-drive system. However, buyers looking for a cheaper and affordable option can also book the 4x2 version of the SUV.
