Hyundai Provides Aid Package for Cars Affected During Mumbai Floods

All customers whose cars were damaged by the recent Mumbai floods will have access to an aid package from Hyundai, called the Special Service Support Package. All cars in the Mumbai and Vapi area that have been flood damaged are eligible.

The company has also sent out 30 emergency road service vehicles as part of a complementary roadside assistance (RSA) package for towing affected models. You can call the toll-free number at 18001024645. The company has brought on 350 technicians at its service centres to help bring affected vehicles back on the road quickly.

Hyundai Car owners will get free engine oil replacement, 50 percent off on their liability post insurance support and 50 percent off on support for antirust treatment services. Hyundai will also have a car check-up camp after two months to review each affected model’s working condition.

MOBIS, the company’s spare parts supplier, has prioritised providing support to Mumbai and Vapi customers. For cars that are flood damaged beyond repair and are considered a total loss, the company is offering a replacement.
