Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo made its first public appearance just a couple of days back at the 2020 Auto Expo. Now as per a CarToq report, the prices of the high-performance hatch have been leaked online. Going by the leaked price-sheet, the Grand i10 Nios turbo will be available in two variants Sportz and Sportz Dual-Tone with prices being Rs 7.68 Lakhs and Rs 7.73 Lakhs (Ex. Showroom), respectively.
Hyundai India is expected to officially launch the performance-based hatchback in the coming couple of weeks in the country. The Grand i10 Nios Turbo is nearly Rs 1-1.25 Lakhs more expensive than the Sportz variants of the regular hatchback. It comes with a handful of cosmetic updates in order to make it even more sportier than the standard model of Grand i10 Nios. The exterior elements include blackened out front radiator grille with Turbo badge, restyled bumpers (front and rear) and dual tone paint scheme.
The cabin is finished in an all-black upholstery with red contrast stitching. The features are identical to Sportz variant of the regular Grand i10 Nios in form of an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto & Voice Commands, 5.3-inch semi-digital instrument cluster with MID, automatic climate control, cooled glovebox, Arkamys premium sound system etc. to name a few. Mechanically, Hyundai Grand i10 Nios Turbo is powered by a 1.0L petrol powerplant, the one we have already seen with Aura sedan, which belts out 118bhp and 172Nm. It is linked to a 5-speed manual transmission.
