Hyundai Motor India saw some big launches this year. With the onset of the new year, the company is planning to increase the prices of its models from January 1, 2021. The main reason behind this is the rising input cost. The company will be giving a price hike in the range of Rs 7521 to Rs 32,880. The price hike will also be applicable on all the 2020 models that remain unsold after the 31st of December 2020.
New-Gen Hyundai i20 will get the lowest price hike of Rs 7521 in the lineup. While Hyundai Verna gets the highest price increase of Rs 32,880. Hyundai Creta will be priced higher by Rs 27,335 while the Venue's prices are believed to be up by Rs 25,672. Talking about the Santro, its prices will be increased by Rs 9,112.
Hyundai Aura’s prices for petrol/diesel variants and the CNG trims will be increased by Rs 11,745 and Rs 17,988, respectively. As for the Grand i10 Nios, the prices for the petrol/diesel models will be up by Rs 8652. While for the CNG trim, it will be increased by Rs 14,556. Besides these, Hyundai India seems to be working on two new cars. One is the micro-SUV codenamed A1 and the other is a 7-seater Creta dubbed as Alcazar.
