Jawa 42 Bobber Red Sheen Launched in India; Priced at INR 2.30 Lakh

Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles first showcased the Jawa 42 Bobber Red Sheen at the All You Can Street Festival (AYCS).

The Jawa 42 Bobber Red Sheen variant has been launched in the Indian market in a new color option. The latest bobber motorcycle is available at a price of INR 2.29 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi). In the brand’s lineup, the Red Sheen is the new top-of-the-line variant. The new bike features a red stripe on the fuel tank. Interested buyers can now buy this variant from the brand’s authorized dealership networks. The motorcycle can also be booked online via Jawa Motorcycles’ official website.

Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles previously showcased the Jawa 42 Bobber Red Sheen at the All You Can Street Festival (AYCS). The Red Sheen variant shares some styling cues with the ongoing Jawa 42 Bobber model. However, Jawa has unveiled the motorcycle with new cosmetic updates to set it apart from the outgoing version. Besides the aesthetic upgrades, the automaker has not made any mechanical changes to the motorcycle. The Red Sheen edition features chrome and a twin-tone red finish on the fuel tank. The Red Sheen variant rolls on diamond-cut alloy wheels shod with tubeless tires for more convenience.

The Jawa 42 Bobber Red Sheen is powered by a 334-cc liquid-cooled engine that is tuned to churn out 29.4 bhp of peak power and a peak torque of 30 Nm. The engine is mated to a 6-speed gearbox. The new variant houses a range of features, such as an assist and slipper clutch, dual-channel ABS, a 2-step adjustable seat, a 7-step preload adjustable monoshock at the rear, a USB charging port, full LED lighting, and a digital console.

The bike features a single seat, and apart from the new color option, the Red Sheen trim continues to come with the current paint schemes, including Jasper Red Dual Tone, Mystic Copper, Moonstone White, and Black Mirror.

Commenting on the launch of the new Red Sheen variant, Jawa Yezdi Motorcycles CEO Ashish Singh Joshi said that the Jawa 42 Bobber model has garnered phenomenal success for the brand, and it is thrilled to expand the Jawa Yezdi lineup with the introduction of the Red Sheen variant.
