As part of the agreement, MG will incorporate charging networks at Shell’s fuel stations across the country.

JSW MG Motor India announced on Wednesday that it has formed a partnership with Shell India to improve public charging infrastructure for EVs across India. JSW MG Motor and Shell have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). As part of the agreement, MG will incorporate charging networks at Shell’s fuel stations across the country. MG customers will now be able to charge their EVs at Shell fuel stations and use them through the MyMG App.

As per the Memorandum of Understanding, Shell will install CCS 50 kW and 60 kW DC fast chargers at several locations across India. Interestingly, along with providing charging facilities, Shell’s fuel stations are also known for housing holistic stores and cafeterias. This recent move from the companies will make EV fast charging much more accessible for customers.
