Kia Motors is offering huge discounts and benefits on Carnival MPV to boost sales

Kia Motors India is offering huge benefits and discounts on its luxury MPV, the Carnival. The company is doing this with an aim to boost sales numbers during the festive season. The Korean automaker launched the Carnival as its second product in the Indian market. The luxury MPV was launched at a starting price of Rs 25 lakhs (ex-showroom) in February 2020. Furthermore, the initial response was quite good as more than 1400 bookings were received in just one day. 

Kia is now offering benefits of up to Rs 2.10 lakhs on the purchase of Carnival. Interested buyers can avail of an Exchange Bonus of Rs 80,000, a Corporate Benefit of up to Rs 46,000 along with a 3-year/unlimited-kilometer maintenance package worth Rs 48,000. Perspective customers who intend to purchase the Premium or Prestige variant can avail of a rear-seat entertainment package worth Rs 36,560 for free. While the top-end variant Limousine gets this entertainment package as standard.

Apart from these, Kia is also offering three main finance schemes with its luxury MPV, Carnival. This is majorly being done for those who are facing financial issues during this difficult time. Also, to make sure that customers do not default on the EMIs in months due to this cash crunch problem. Talking about the finance scheme, there is a 90-day EMI holiday wherein the customers can delay their first EMI payment by 90 days. Then there is a low EMI scheme plan which has monthly installments as low as Rs 767 for the first six months of the tenure. The third finance scheme is the Flexible EMI option wherein the customers can choose to reduce three of the EMIs every year by 50 percent. 

Kia Carnival is available in three trims namely Premium, Prestige, and Limousine. Under the bonnet, the luxury MPV is powered by a 2.2-litre, four-cylinder, turbo-diesel engine that generates 200 bhp power and 440 Nm torque. The engine is mated to an 8-speed torque-converter automatic gearbox.
