Kia Motors has unveiled its off-road concept SUV, Kia Seltos X-line at Auto Expo 2020. The product will be on display in Hall Number 7. It has introduced two variants - Kia Seltos X-line Trail Attack and Seltos X-line Urban.
The X-line Trail Attack is solely for hardcore off-roading version. Under the hood, it comes fitted with a plethora of features including electronic AWD, knobby off-road tyres with 17.8-inch custom-painted alloy wheels, custom 2-inch lift kit and rugged bumper at the front having red tow hooks installed on it. Another highlight includes 8 auxiliary lamps with four installed on the front bumper and four mounted on the roof along with the carrier.
The X-Line Urban is also an off-roading concept but in a subtle and city-oriented way. Taking its inspiration from New York skyscrapers, this off-roader offers a lot of features. These include an electronically controlled AWD system with torque vectoring, custom 2-inch lift, hella auxiliary lights, roof rack, and glossy black roof panel. They have skid plates with a golden finish and four roof-mounted lights along with a roof carrier.
Both models are powered by a 1.6-liter turbocharged 4-cylinder engine that delivers 175 bhp and is matted to a seven-speed DCT gearbox. Kia has not officially planned the production of these concepts. However, based on the response of people, it might offer the kits in some form at a later stage.
