The Mahindra Bolero has been one of the highest selling UVs in the Indian market since its launch. It is a very popular people mover in tier 2 and tier 3 cities. The Bolero has got a lot of variants on offer including long wheelbase version as well as a pickup truck. The Indian carmaker has now revealed a modified version of the Bolero to catch some eyeballs.
The front profile comes with a revised grille, hood scoop, LED DRLs above the headlights and revised bumper with projector foglamps. The side profile of the special edition Bolero gets black five-spoke alloy wheels, customised wheel arches, snorkel with Mahindra logo and custom side footsteps. The rear profile features new spare wheel cover and revised bumpers.
The interiors also get new additions such as new colour interior theme, new front seats with adjustable arm rest, roof lining, floor mats and new audio system. The Bolero is available with two diesel engine options - 1.5-litre, 3-cylinder that produces a maximum power of 70 HP and 195 Nm of peak torque. The bigger 2.5-litre M2DICR diesel engine produces 63 HP and 180 Nm. Both the engines are mated to a 5-speed manual transmission.
