Mahindra Scorpio N Features Revised for 2024

The manufacturer has removed the instrument cluster that was integrated in the outgoing Z6 variant.

Mahindra & Mahindra has revised the features equipped in the popular Scorpio N SUV. Recently, a document was leaked online, revealing that the auto giant has revised some features integrated into the sports utility vehicle as part of its integrated material cost reduction (ICMR) process. Customers who have booked this car on or after January 1st, 2024, will now get an updated version of the Scorpio N. The automaker has not made any changes to the Mahindra entry-level Z2 variant. The manufacturer revised the Scorpio N features as part of its strategy to reduce material expenses.

The Z4 and Z6 variants of the SUV now come without the cooled glove box. The manufacturer has removed the instrument cluster that was integrated in the outgoing Z6 variant, and this variant now comes equipped with the same instrument cluster as the Z4. The Scorpio N Z4 trim now loses features like the AdrenoX suite, colored instrument cluster, and built-in Alexa.

Last month, Mahindra revised the prices of the Scorpio N SUV. The automaker increased the price of the SUV by up to INR 39,300. The auto giant revised the feature list after announcing a price hike for the SUV. Mahindra stated that the company decided to implement a price hike on this SUV due to rising production costs. The Z4 trim is INR 34,000 more expensive, whereas the Z6 witnessed a price hike of INR 31,000.

The manufacturer launched the Scorpio N SUV as a revamped version of the famous SUV in 2022, and since then the car has acquired the production milestone of 1 lakh units. The SUV was unveiled alongside the Scorpio Classic. Mahindra offers the Scorpio N SUV in six different variant options that are priced between INR 13.60 lakh and INR 20.62 lakh (ex-showroom). The Scorpio N trims are available in both diesel and petrol engine options. The car comes in five different exterior color options.
