Non-Nexa dealership chain to be called ‘Suzuki Arena’; will allow online bookings and car personalisation.

Maruti Suzuki is all set to spruce up its non-Nexa showrooms. Now badged ‘Maruti Suzuki Arena’, the refurbished dealership network leverages digital technology and allows buyers to customise cars and book their vehicles online. Like in the Nexa chain of premium showrooms, Maruti Arena will also use tablets and apps for customer interactions.

With Arena, Maruti has four individual retail channels – Maruti Suzuki Arena, Nexa, Commercial and True Value (its chain of second-hand car outlets).

Maruti Suzuki aims to convert all of its 2,000-plus passenger car dealerships into ‘Arena’ showrooms in the next five years.
