Mobile service initiative launched by Mercedes-Benz

The ‘Service on Wheels’ truck will travel to Tier-II and Tier-III cities to attend to customer cars.

The ‘Service on Wheels’ mobile service truck initiative will go to Tier-II and Tier-III cities where the carmaker doesn’t have a direct presence. The truck will come equipped with tools and professional service personnel to service your Mercedes.

Once you call the team, they arrive and carry out inspection, repairs and service of the car. Mercedes-Benz’s Launched this under its strategy called ‘My Mercedes, My Service’ umbrella, which was launched in July 2016. The company says that its ‘Service on Wheels’ is a first-of-its-kind for the Indian luxury car industry and is highly customer-centric and tailor-made for India.

Phase 1 of ‘Service on Wheels’ will travel to 15 different Tier-II and Tier-III markets.
