Two top-end models of Honda Amaze sedans are moving parallel to each other on a dusty road. A man wearing police uniform stands on the roofs, one leg on each side, a wireless set on the hips. This isn’t a scene out of a Singham or Golmaal movie, but this is a real-life scene from Madhya Pradesh. A sub-inspector in Madhya Pradesh Police was snapped doing the action scene, inspired by a Bollywood film. The video has gone viral on social media with the lMP cop performing the stunt to a song from Rohit Shetty movie franchise “Singham”. The supercop here is Manoj Yadav, Sub-Inspector in MP Police force and he seemed to be really inspired by Ajay Devgn in ``Phool Aur Kaante". In one of the most iconic scenes, Cine star Ajay Devgn enters his college riding two motorcycles in the Bollywood flick from the 90s.
The video has gone viral on social media with hundreds of users sharing it so far. Well, Manoj Yadav is trending on social media but it hasn’t gone well with his superiors so far. Anil Sharma, Circle Inspector, Sagar, has taken cognizance of the matter and instructed Damoh police chief to take action as per the law. As of now, Mr Yadav has been fined Rs 5,000 and relieved of his post. He is transferred to the police lines until the inquiry is completed.
Manoj Yadav, the in-charge of Narsinghgarh police post in Damoh district, video-graphed the whole stunt. With the video going viral on social media, taking action was important as it would send a wrong message to the younger generation.
Singham is one of the popular police movie series and there is a new movie coming within the Singham film universe- Sooryavanshi. Starring Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn, it’s one of the most anticipated movies. Manoj Yadav had other plans and enacted an action stunt to remind us that life can imitate art also.
