Upcoming Royal Enfield Classic 350 is expected to be launched in India around April 2021

Royal Enfield Motorcycle had recently launched the All-New Meteor 350 in the Indian market. The company is now prepping up to launch the Next-Gen Classic 350 in April next year. The Meteor 350 is the first motorcycle from the Chennai-based company to feature a Tripper Navigation System. Now the company is planning to equip the Next-Gen Classic 350 with the same feature.

Talking about the Tripper Navigation System, it is a navigation solution. The feature connects up with the Royal Enfiled app which is powered by Google Maps. The navigation device comes with a colour TFT screen. It indicates direction and distance through an intuitive display, which further means that you can easily switch between its day and night modes according to your convenience. Also, from the spy images, we can clearly see a small LCD display below the main analogue dial. This dial provides elements such as an odometer, trip meter and clock. On the right side of the display, there is a circular empty space which further indicates that Royal Enfield could use it to fit in the Tripper Navigation System.

Apart from this, subtle changes have been done to the instrument console on the upcoming Classic 350. The current-gen model features a fully-analog unit that displays features such as a speedometer, an odometer, and a few tell-tale lights. However, it lacks the trip meter and fuel gauge. Talking about the upcoming offering, it will get a semi-digital instrument cluster with an analog speedometer. It will display all the missing features.

Mechanically, the upcoming Royal Enfield Classic 350 will be powered by a new 349cc, air-cooled, single-cylinder unit that will produce 20.2 bhp power and 27 Nm torque. This BS6 motor is the same one that made its debut on the recently launched Meteor 350. It comes with a balancer shaft and SOHC set up for reduced vibrations.
